Competitive salary and financial rewardsWe acknowledge the efforts of our team members by offering competitive salaries and through an annual performance payment, which is based on an individuals and company performance during a financial year.
Team members employed under the Perth Airport Enterprise Agreement 2014 receive superannuation contributions based on length of service, starting at 9.5% and increasing to 12%.
Salary sacrificing options, whereby deductions for certain benefits are made from pre-tax income, allowing team members to make substantial savings in their take-home pay, are also available.
