Baggage lockers

Baggage Storage™ offers lockers that are available for use for short-term storage of luggage (up to one month).

The lockers are located on the central forecourt area, between the car park and the front of the current International Terminal (T1). Instructions regarding the use and hire of the baggage lockers can be found on the front of the actual lockers, and are available in eight different languages.

After the baggage items have been secured inside the locker, a ticket containing a unique PIN code will be issued.  The PIN code must be entered in order to retrieve the baggage items. 

For all oversized items like surfboards, golf bags, windsurfers, etc they can be stored at the counter for any number of days for a fee. For more information including rates, contact the counter via email - perth@baggagestorage.com.au.

Excess baggage

Unaccompanied Baggage Services, operated by the Baggage Storage™ people is ideal if your luggage exceeds your flight allowance.

Located in the departures hall on the ground floor of T1, this service can save you up to 50 per cent of the cost normally associated with accompanied excess baggage. It saves you time and money by having your luggage delivered to your overseas destination prior to your departure!

They offer very competitive rates that in most cases are a lot cheaper than quoted by airlines, for most destinations and they can even arrange door to door pickups and deliveries.

Simply choose an option that suits you: Airport to airport delivery International door to door delivery The cost of the service is dependent on the size and weight of the baggage.  Additional costs may be incurred for insurance, customs clearances, storage and whether the baggage is transported by air or sea.

Baggage wrapping

Baggage wrapping is operated by the Baggage Storage™ people and located in the departures hall on the ground floor of

This service encloses luggage in multiple layers of clear plastic to protect the baggage against theft, from items being inserted into the luggage, accidental opening, as well as handling and rain damage.

The baggage wrapping service is suitable for a wide range of baggage including suitcases, carry bags, golf bags, prams, car seats, backpacks and boxes.

The cost is $10 (including GST) per item of baggage, regardless of its size or weight.

Baggage trolleys

Baggage trolleys are provided by Smarte Carte and the corrals are located at various points within T1 and the car park

Please note there is no refund upon return of the Baggage trolley to the corrals.
