Baggage Lockers

Baggage Storageā„¢ operated by Smarte Carte, offer lockers that are available for use for short-term storage of baggage (up to one month). 

Three different size lockers are available for hire and the lockers are located near the pay stations of the FASTtrack car park, outside Terminals 2 & 3 (Domestic).

Instructions regarding the use and hire of the baggage lockers can be found on the front of the actual lockers, and are available in eight different languages. After the baggage items have been secured inside the locker, a ticket containing a unique PIN code will be issued. 

The PIN code must be entered in order to retrieve the baggage items.  For all oversized items like Surfboards, golf bags, windsurfers, etc... they can be stored at the T1 counter for any number of days for a fee.

Baggage Trolleys

Baggage trolleys are provided by Smarte Carte and the corrals are located at various points within Terminal 3 (Multi-User Domestic) and the domestic car park.

Please note there is no refund upon return of the baggage trolley to the corrals.

The hours of operation of Skywest Baggage Services are between 0700 and 2100, seven days a week.  Outside these times, please leave a message and a member of staff will contact you.

Please direct your mishandled baggage enquiries for Virgin Blue flights to Virgin Baggage Blues on +61 8 9475 7903. 

The hours of operation of Virgin Baggage Blues are between 0430 and 2359, seven days a week.  Outside these times, please leave a message and a member of staff will contact you.
