New Air Radiators Workshop and Office building at Perth Airport achieves Green Star rating

• 50 kW rooftop solar PV system to support renewable energy generation.
• 25% reduction in peak electricity demand and 12% overall energy savings compared to the base case.
• More than 50% reduction in the building’s life-cycle impact.
• Over 90% of construction and demolition waste diverted from landfill through circular economy practices.
• High-performance glazing to optimise energy efficiency.
• Energy-efficient LED lighting installed throughout the facility for reduced energy consumption.
• Enhanced daylight access and thermal comfort to improve occupant well-being and productivity.
• Design response addressing potential future climate risks.
