Perth Airport calling on EOIs for new retail opportunities within Terminals 3 and 4

30 April, 2025

Perth Airport is calling for retailers across food & beverage, news and books, and specialty categories to bid on up to 13 sites across Terminal 3 and Terminal 4.

Perth Airport Chief Commercial & Aviation Officer, Kate Holsgrove said as part of our ongoing commitment to optimise the customer experience at Perth Airport we are embarking on a refurbishment and refresh of the retail offering within our T3/T4 infrastructure.

“Even though we are designing and building new terminal facilities within the Airport Central precinct for Qantas Group to relocate in 2031, we are committed to upgrade the current T3/T4 terminals to ensure we are catering for passengers in the interim.

“Retailers are invited to explore the opportunities available at Perth Airport by connecting to the millions of passengers that travel through our terminals each year.

“These terminals offer strong potential for retailers specialising in food and beverage, travel essentials, books and magazines, and a broad range of speciality stores including gifts, fashion, beauty, apparel, kids, athleisure, and accessories.

“Our Commercial team is looking to engage with potential partners via a Request for Proposals program for up to 13 sites across T3 and T4.”
