We operate an airport 24/7 and manage a 2,105 hectare estate, which involves providing customer service, airport planning, power and water management, asset maintenance, project planning, property management, IT services, airfield operations, terminal planning, community engagement, emergency management, ground transport operations, and the list goes on.

Competitive salary and financial rewards

We acknowledge the efforts of our team members by offering competitive salaries and through an annual performance payment, which is based on an individuals and company performance during a financial year.

Team members employed under the Perth Airport Enterprise Agreement 2014 receive superannuation contributions based on length of service, starting at 9.5% and increasing to 12%.

Salary sacrificing options, whereby deductions for certain benefits are made from pre-tax income, allowing team members to make substantial savings in their take-home pay, are also available.

Health and Wellness Program

We know the importance of creating and sustaining a healthy culture that educates, motivates and empowers team members to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle behaviors. To achieve this, we have dedicated team members who manage a range of health and wellness services to help our team members gain a better understanding of nutrition, fitness and the steps that lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Wellness activities are delivered monthly and span a range of interest areas, with popular activities including influenza vaccinations, skin checks, heart checks, massages, boot camps, fruit months and yoga.

HBF corporate discounts

We have a corporate partnership with HBF, which allows Perth Airport team members to access a range of insurance discounts, including health, income, home, car and travel, simply by quoting their employee number.

Employee assistance program

Team members and their immediate family have access to a confidential counselling and advisory service which is available to them at any time, free of charge, to provide support for any work related or personal issues.

Perth Airport offers two Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers to suit all needs and situations. Our in-house EAP provider is available on-site one day per week and our  external EAP provider offers 24/7 services and is based at a number of locations in Perth.

Social club

For those wanting to mingle outside of work, the Airport Club social group hosts a variety of events and caters for a range of interests, from family days, sundowners, movies, quiz nights and the popular annual golf weekend.

Free parking

Free on-site parking is provided to all team members at their relevant work location on the Perth Airport estate.

Perth Airport Day holiday

As an extra special reward, and in addition to annual leave entitlements, team members are given an additional day holiday each year on the day after New Year's Day.
