What does your typical work day look like?

Airports are complex environments with unique challenges from an IT support perspective. An average day involves our team responding to requests for technical assistance, provisioning of new services or proactively maintaining the myriad of computers, phones, displays, check in kiosks and printers that not only facilitate the passenger journey through our estate, but also the airport staff and tenancies that rely on our systems and services to keep our airport business and their businesses operational.

What career opportunities have you had with Perth Airport? 

My commitment and contribution to the company has been recognised and, as such, my role has changed over the years, presenting me with more opportunities and empowering me to grow and diversify my skills. I started as a Desktop Support Officer in 2010 and now manage the Service Delivery team.

What would you say to someone considering joining the Perth Airport team?
