Airport West
Everything you are looking for, plus more.
Airport West is the central retail hub of the estate, featuring Costco, DFO and the newly opened Dunreath Village including Woolworths, Priceline and Sushi Hub. with a new café coming soon.
Plus, it is home to an expanding office hub. All office buildings have been designed to "A" grade suburban standard, with formal accreditation for environmentally sustainable design.
Airport West is also home to Terminals 3 and 4, with an established warehouse logistics precinct. It provides complimentary non-aviation commercial development and amenity to support the needs of the general aviation sector.
Airport South
Perth's best-connected logistics hub.
Airport South is home to a number of large scale industrial businesses, including logistics, freight and distribution facilities. Its central location is unparalleled, within close proximity of major roads, the Kewdale Freight Terminal and the airport terminals.
The precinct reflects the existing character and use as a mixed employment centre at Perth Airport.
Airport Central

Airport Central consolidates all airport services into one centralised location for seamless integration of regional, domestic and international flights. This precinct is home to T1 and T2, as well as a number of aviation support businesses.
The current and planned facilities within this precinct include:
- Perth Airport's first hotel accommodation
- Commercial facilities such as offices and retail
- An aircraft maintenance hangar
- Ground service equipment maintenance
- Support services and utilities including waste and central energy plant facilities
- Industrial tenancies
- Aviation support facilities including catering, office accommodation, airport administration, international air freight operations and fuel storage
Airport North
A commercial precinct full of potential.
Airport North will be a mecca for innovation, with an integrated mix of industrial, commercial, warehouses, showrooms, storage and logistics all planned for the future.
The precinct south of Kalamunda Road is to undergo detailed planning and sites are expected to be available for development in 2019. Development will commence once the area is serviced by a new access road off Kalamunda Road.
