Airport West Office Park tenants can take time out of their busy day to enjoy a nearby, attractively landscaped outdoor park area. High-quality barbeque facilities, outdoor seating (including deckchairs) and exercise equipment are all on-hand to use, whether for shared activities or personal down time. Located within the Airport South precinct, the Kwenda Marlark Wetland Conservation Area is the setting for walking trails where you can spot habitat regulars such as bandicoots, frogs and scorpions. This area is also host to the annual Night Stalk, where the local community can take part in spotting animals inhabiting the area at night and learn about native Australian animals, their habitat and their threats. Regular school tree planting programs happen at Kwenda Marlark and students learn about caring for the environment by helping to revegetate bushland, as well as local Aboriginal heritage.

It’s hard to miss the bright red converted shipping container, home to Yahava Kwik Koffee, that sits at the entrance to Linear Park in Airport West. Yahava is a hit among the locals, particularly during the morning coffee rush. A popular spot for meetings in the cooler months or a quick break from the office, Yahava offers tasty treats, a range of hot and cold beverages, and freshly roasted beans to purchase.

For those who are ready to transform their body and mindset, Bodies by Ryan (BBR) in the Airport West Office Park challenges you with a mixture of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength classes throughout the day. BBR is open weekdays from 5am – 6pm and Saturday mornings and offers standard gym equipment use, coaching sessions and automated group classes.

Enjoy a near runway experience at Perth Airport’s outdoor viewing platform, where you can watch aircraft arrive and departure on the main runway, Runway 03/21. Located on Dunreath Drive, the viewing platform is open between 6.30am – 7pm (Oct – Mar) and 7.30am – 5.30pm (Apr – Sept). The platform has plenty of nearby parking, is wheelchair accessible and has been designed to preserve and showcase the natural surrounding environment.

Located at 7 George Wiencke Drive, in the Airport West Office Park, the Ngala Early Learning and Development Service Perth Airport - Ngala Early Learning & Daycare is a long day child care service for children aged between six weeks and six years. Republic of Coffee

is located on the ground floor of Alpha Building, 2 George Wiencke Drive, Airport West Office Park. The café operates from 6.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday and offers a range of hot and cold drinks, and meals to dine in or take away. They also offer a delicious, fresh-to-order catering service with gluten-free and vegetarian options available.
