General aviation sites - Airport West

There are three development-ready sites available for lease in the General Aviation area of the Airport West precinct. Offering prime airside access, they are suitable for hangars, charter or maintenance operations, catering facilities and other aviation-related use.

Site 1 

Site 1 is located on Newton Road within the General Aviation area of the Airport West precinct. Offering prime airside access, it is suitable for hangars, maintenance and fixed base operations, catering facilities and for other aviation-related use.

The landside portion of this site is 5,600m2 and it has a frontage of approximately 80 metres. The airside portion (apron use only) is 4,800m2.

Perth Airport will consider proposals to lease part of Site 1.

Site 2 

Site 2 is located on Valentine Road within the General Aviation area of the Airport West precinct. It is suitable for aviation-related use with a requirement for airside access. The site is approximately 11,000m2 and provides airside access for vehicles only. Modifications can be made to allow airside access for aircraft should it be deemed necessary.

Site 3 - Expression of Interest

General Aviation Site 3 EOI 

Site 3 is located on Fauntleroy Avenue within the General Aviation area of the Airport West precinct. Offering prime airside access, it is suitable for hangars, maintenance and fixed base operations, catering facilities and for other aviation-related use.

The landside portion of this site is 7,600m2 and it has a frontage of approximately 122 metres. The airside portion (apron use only) is 6,200m2.

Perth Airport are currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Site 3.  If you would like to participate in the EOI please complete the form below before 5pm (AWST), 8 July 2019 and a team member will be in contact with further information.



The EOI process will be conducted at PAPL’s absolute discretion. 

This invitation process is intended to assist PAPL to identify organisations to be invited to progress into the EOI process.  However, this invitation is not an offer to participate in the EOI process, or any other offer capable of being accepted or creating any contractual, other legal or restitutionary rights.  PAPL has absolute discretion in relation to whether or not to invite any submitter to participate in the EOI process. 

Please note only those organisations who have registered interest completed by 5pm (AWST), 8 July 2019 will be eligible to be invited by PAPL to participate in the EOI process. Please note that the EOI process will require submissions by a specified due date, confirmed in the EOI documents (and subject to the terms of those EOI documents).
