A multi-billion-dollar investment program will bring all flight services into the Airport Central precinct, with a new parallel runway, new terminal facilities, two multi-storey carparks with associated roadworks, an upgrade of Terminal 2, and the airport’s first hotel.

This will transform the face of Perth Airport and deliver the long-awaited “One Airport” for Western Australian travellers.

The One Airport vision also unlocks opportunities for our property arm Skyfields by Perth Airport to create high-value community and mixed-use developments, leveraging the centralisation of airport operations. Over 250 hectares of developable land is poised for release across the 2,105-hectare Airport Estate to support the growth of the airport and create new destinations for business, lifestyle and leisure just 15 minutes from Perth's CBD.
