Here are some frequently asked questions about COVID-19 at Perth Airport.

We’ve introduced new measures to keep you safe when you travel through our terminals. Find out what to expect when you next travel through Perth Airport here

We have worked with the Chamber of Minerals and Energy, resources sector companies and our airline partners to manage social distancing during peak times for FIFO travellers. 

Our Gold Coats volunteer program has been temporarily suspended.

Stay home if you are unwell and follow the advice from the Department of Health.

It is mandatory to wear a mask at Perth Airport. This includes in the car park, terminal buses, forecourts and terminals. 

  • Please bring your own mask to the airport. 
  • On departure, please put on your mask when you exit your vehicle and throughout your journey, unless required for security screening or an applicable exemption. 
  • On arrival into Perth, please keep your mask on after you disembark the aircraft until you have returned to your vehicle, or if you are required to quarantine, until you return to your quarantine accommodation. Don’t forget to let your driver know if you are required to quarantine as they will need to wear a mask as well. 
  • You can still enjoy a coffee, drink or bite to eat provided you are seated and put your mask back on as soon as you’ve finished. 
  • Children under the age of 12 are exempt.

Yes, for more supplies, the following outlets have masks available: 

  • Amcal – T1, T4 
  • Relay – T2, T3 
  • WHSmith – T1, T2, T4 
  • Vending machines – throughout terminals and in the forecourts.
TRAVELsafe Essentials packs are available to purchase exclusively at Amcal (available at T1 and T4, as well as in vending machines throughout the terminals. 
These packs include surgical masks, anti-bacterial surface wipes, hand sanitiser and tissues to help keep you safe on your travels.

Online bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 2 hours prior to your booked entry time. 

To do this, visit Manage my Booking. If your parking booking has commenced and your travel plans have since changed due to COVID-19, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. 

International travellers who are required to quarantine for 14-days will not be charged additional parking fees.

The terminal transfer bus has recommenced and operates every 40 minutes.

Additionally, taxi and ride share services are available at the front of all terminals. 

Both the T1/T2 & T3/T4 LongTerm car park bus services remain in operation, running every 15 minutes. For further information, click here.
