We’re changing the way you access Terminal 1 at Perth Airport, with the opening of our new transport hub, P1.

The changes include new passenger pick-up and drop-off areas, improved access arrangements and a new multi-storey car park.

If you’re planning a future trip through Terminal 1, we encourage you to familiarise yourself with the changes ahead and allow a little extra time when P1 opens.

Pick-up and drop-off areas

Terminal 1

When P1 opens, pick-up and drop-off for T1 will move to P1 Ground Level, accessed via Airport Drive.

The current T1 pick-up and drop-off ring road will close, and all passenger pick-up and drop-off will take place in P1.

To help you prepare for the change, we encourage you to watch the videos below and familiarise yourself with the new access routes.

Terminal 2

If you’re travelling through T2, you can continue to use the existing T2 Express pick-up and drop-off area outside the terminal, or the new pick-up and drop-off area in P1.

When P1 opens, all taxi and rideshare pick-ups for T2 will move to P1 Ground Level.

New parking coming to P1

Our new multi-storey car park at P1 is coming soon. Featuring five levels of undercover parking with bayfinding technology, P1 will include ShortTerm, Premium and motorcycle parking.
