How far is Esperance from Perth?

Esperance is more than 700km from Perth, but the trip will make for a great WA driving holiday. The drive will take more than seven hours, so be sure to take plenty of breaks along the way. Within the Cape Le Grand National Park is Lucky Bay, another popular beach. The area is known for the local kangaroos who spend time on the sand, and for having some of the whitest sand in the world. Lucky Bay is also popular for fishing.

Cape Le Grand National Park is a popular destination for bush-walking, swimming and camping. Cruises are also offered to some of the islands in the region. Woody Island is one of the accessible areas in the archipelago, offering activities such as bush-walking and snorkelling.
