Perth Airport and Qantas want to ensure you commence your visit to Perth as comfortably as possible. A range of services and facilities are available for visitors to Terminal 2 (Qantas Domestic) and you are welcome to make use of these.
Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)
Two ATMs are available within Terminal 2 – a BankWest ATM and a Westpac ATM. Both ATM’s are located near the main entrance of the terminal.
First Aid
For first aid assistance for travellers and visitors, please contact the supervisor located at the check-in desk on the ground floor of Terminal 2.
Foreign Exchange Bureau – Travelex
A foreign exchange bureau is available for travellers to use and is located on the ground floor of Terminal 2, adjacent to the security screening point.
Information
A self-help information stand is conveniently located adjacent to the baggage reclaim carousels on the ground floor of Terminal 2. Accommodation, maps and various holiday information brochures are available for you to collect prior to leaving the airport.
Internet
If you want to check your email before or after your flight, please use our internet access machines located on the first floor of Terminal 2. There is a charge of A$2.00 for this service.

Postal Facilities
For that last minute letter or postcard, stamps are available at the airport newsagency and a posting box is located outside the front of Terminal 2.
Telephones
Telephones are conveniently located throughout Terminal 2, and require either a telephone card or coins to activate.
Toilets / Parenting Rooms
To ensure your comfort before, after and between flights, a number of toilets and parenting rooms are available in various locations in the terminal. Please utilise these facilities to make your airport experience more comfortable.
Valet Parking
Skypark offers travellers a valet parking service, which conveniently located adjacent to the check-in counters at the northern end of Terminal 2. Simply drop your car off when you leave and have it waiting for you when you return.

West Oz Welcomers (WOWs)
WOWs are volunteers from the Western Australian Tourism Commission who help enhance our service to visitors of Perth Airport and Western Australia. WOWs are available for all enquiries and provide information related to travel and the sites of Western Australia.
WOWs are available to assist travellers and visitors in Terminal 2, seven days a week. Look out for them in their uniquely Australian dark brown Akubra hats.
