Perth Airport would like your travel experience to be an enjoyable one.  A range of services and facilities are available for visitors to the current International Terminal (T1)  and you are welcome to make use of these.

Gold Coats

Gold Coats are volunteers who make a difference in improving the travel experience for visitors, by providing a high level of customer service and a warm welcome. They are located in T1, Terminal 2 (T2) and Terminal 3 (T3).  Look out for them in their bright gold jackets.

First aid

For first aid assistance, please attend the first aid room located on the ground floor next to the Customs offices, behind check-in.

Foreign exchange – ATM

A Rediteller is located on the ground floor and first floor of the T1. The machine accepts Mastercard, Visacard, American Express and most other major cards.

Foreign exchange bureau – Travelex

Four foreign exchange bureaus are available for travellers to use and are located on the ground floor, first floor and the departures lounge of T1.


A self-help information stand is conveniently located on the ground floor of T1. Accommodation, maps and various holiday information brochures are available for you to collect prior to leaving the airport.


If you want to check your email before or after your flight, please use our Internet service located on the ground floor, first floor and departures lounge of T1. Access is free.

Printing, faxing, copying and online services

Do you need to organise a Visa? Perhaps you want to print out your itinerary, or make a copy of your passport or other important documents? For your convenience Smarte Cart are pleased to provide these services at the T1.

Public Observation Deck

Enjoy the thrill of watching aeroplanes take off from the Public Observation Platform on the third floor of T1.  Access is via a lift from the ground floor of the terminal, or you can take the stairs located outside Duty Free.

Smoking Area

Smoking is prohibited at the front of the terminal and within buildings at  Perth Airport.  There is a dedicated smoking area opposite T1, located on the carpark.side of the forecourt. 


Telephones are conveniently located throughout T1, and can be operated by using coins or a telephone card.

Toilets / showers / parenting rooms

To ensure your comfort before, after and between flights, a number of toilets and parenting rooms are available at various locations in T1.

Toilets are located throughout the terminal and parenting rooms are available on the ground floor, first floor, the arrivals concourse adjacent to Gate 4 and the second floor departures lounge.
