The hours of operation of Qantas Baggage Services are between 0700 and 2100, seven days a week. Outside these times, please leave a message and a member of staff will contact you.

Luggage Lockers
Luggage lockers are provided by Smarte Carte and are available for use for the short-term storage of luggage (up to one month). Three different size lockers are available for hire and the lockers are located near the pay stations of the FASTtrack car park, outside Terminals 2 & 3 (Domestic).
The charge for using the luggage lockers are:

Instructions regarding the use and hire of the luggage lockers can be found on the front of the actual lockers, and are available in eight different languages.
After the luggage items have been secured inside the locker, a ticket containing a unique PIN code will be issued. The PIN code must be entered in order to retrieve the luggage items.
Please note that there are no luggage lockers available for oversized baggage, such as surfboards or windsurfers.
