Qantas has a ticketing office located on the ground floor of Terminal 2 (Qantas Domestic), which is open between the hours of 0415 and 2359, seven days a week.  This office provides assistance for ticketing queries for passengers travelling on or holding Qantas or QantasLink reservations.
